Gerry Lane, a one time UN investigator finds himself stuck in a traffic jam with his family, but he soon realises that this is more than just the usual gridlock. A deadly virus has been unleashed and otherwise healthy people are turned into vicious, mindless feral creatures. The city soon descends into chaos as the pandemic spreads. Gerry must lead the global search to discover the original source if there is to be any way to stop the virus spreading.
