The French film “The Intouchables” is a 2011 release that depicts a true story in Paris of a handicapped and intelligent aristocrat, Philippe and an unemployed ex-con African man named Driss. Their meeting is an interesting one for the viewers. As Driss does something against etiquettes, he lands himself an unexpected trial opportunity to work in a job with the man whose life at the mansion at the moment is boring. The film is exceptionally inspiring: two very different men are brought together in a situation that will better each other’s lives. The street smart Driss naturally captures attention and the millionaire Philippe just makes the story a very dramatic one. Both their stories though with their comedic interactions make the film worth watching to learn something new about perspectives. Let’s give ode to change!
