Rocky is an American film, although the Rocky saga is known worldwide and front stars Sylvester Stallone as an uneducated but kind hearted debt collector in Philadelphia named Rocky Balboa. The premise of this massive blockbuster movie is that of Rocky Balboa being a small time boxer and before he knows it is scheduled to take part in a boxing match against Apollo Creed who is played by Carl Weathers. In the film Rocky Balboa is also given a nickname which sticks instantly and continues through the several other Rocky films, which is The Italian Stallion.
