“Pitch Perfect” is a movie about Beca played by Anna Kendrick who wants to become a DJ once she graduates from Barden University. Beca is the very opposite of social and when her father urges her to join clubs to improve her social skills, she goes through many clubs to find she still wants to stay in her safe zone to avoid embarrassments. Soon though, her amazing singing voice is overheard by another girl, who pushes her to join her girls a-capella college club to help them win this year’s singing competition. Even if you do not love musicals or chick-flicks, this movie might throw your guard off because it is super entertaining with interesting characters who are involved with the competition drama story line: “Fat Amy,” Lily, Jesse, and so many others. After the regroup, the singing group will transform from all pop songs and boring looks to a whole new ball game. In “Pitch Perfect,” you can eagerly await hilarious moments as Beca surprisingly tries to create some positive changes for the group including in herself.
