For many of you, I’m sure you are fans of the ITV broadcasting station as they produce some of the most gripping British TV dramas as well as some of the more infamous soap operas such as Emmerdale and Coronation Street. In this advert however we see some of the other ITV production drama trailers if you where, many include Broadchurch, Mr Selfridge, The Ice Cream Grils and Scott & Bailey all scenes of which are perfectly matched and timed to the fantastic music played in the background. It ends with a narrator exclaiming that ITV is the place where drama lives.

This advert has no doubt been seen by millions as one the leading ITV adverts and this one is sung by none other than the British pop sensation herself Ellie Goulding and was a song that was part of her Halcyon album. I personally think that this music goes hand in hand with this advert because the scenes are all high tension drama based and while Ellie sings Explosions the music just seems to fit into what the advert is portraying, therefore a very brilliant and well done advert as well as music by Ellie Goulding.
