The entire premise of the advert is that everyone deserves a break and nothing is better than a diet Coke break. This then develops into a group of women sitting down on the grass and enjoy a few cans of Diet Coke as they roll one can down the grassy hill to the very sexy gardener who picks it up only to have it spray all over his top, thus resulting in him taking it off and impressing the ladies. The advert is actually called Gardener and the male model is Andrew Cooper.

The iconic music throughout this advert is called I Just Want To Make Love to You and is performed by Etta James and is from her debut album At Last. This theme song was also used in the original Diet Coke advert back in 1996. However this song by Etta James is a cover of the exact same song performed by Muddy Waters and was originally released in 1954 in the Chicago Blues genre.
