Girl Meets World is an American coming of age TV comedy sitcom that aired on the Disney Channel. Girl Meets World is actually the sequel to Boy Meets World. The premise of Girl Meets World is that we follow Cory and Topanga’s Matthews’ daughter Riley played by Rowan Blanchard and her best friend, Maya Hart, played by Sabrina Carpenter as they navigate their way through seventh grade. The series is actually set in New York City where Corey and Topanga moved to in the series finale of Boy Meets World.
