When a struggling artist named Sonny Malone spots a mysterious woman in the background of a photograph from one of his album cover assignments he instantly becomes infatuated. However, nobody seems to know who she is. Returning to the auditorium where the image was taken, Sonny meets Kira a mysterious girl who encourages him to follow his dream and build his own roller disco!
