X-Men Days of Future Past is the seventh film in the X-Men series and is directed by Bryan Singer. After the world was taken over by the Sentinels we join Xavier( Patrick Stewart), Magneto(Ian McKellen) and Wolverine( Hugh Jackman) searching and finding a mutant called Kitty Pride(Ellen Page) who can send a mutant back in time through their own consciouness. However Kitty explains that in order to send someone back 20 years they would need a self-healing mind and therefore could not send Xavier back and so it was decided that they would send Wolverine back instead. Upon his arrival back in 1973 Wolverine needs to find the young Xavier (James McAvoy) and Magneto (Michael Fassbender) to stop the Sentinal uprising.
