The Veronica Mars movie released in 2014 was directed by Rob Thomas with Kristen Bell returning as Veronica Mars. This movie follows the TV series and continues where it left off. The story begins 9 years after the events for the final series of the Veronica Mars TV show where Veronica is happy living with her boyfriend in New York city and with a surprising job offer from Truman-Mann a distinguished law firm in New York. However an old friend Logan Echolls calls Veronica up as he is being accused of murdering his pop star girlfriend Carrie Bishop, so Veronica decides to return to Neptune once more to help an old friend out. Can Veronica clear Logan’s name and keep her life in New York or will the call of Neptune be too strong?
