Boxing fans can hustle up for this athletic drama film, “The Creed,” starring the legendary actor Sylvester Stallone who plays Rocky Balboa, along with Michael B. Jordan as Adonis Johnson and Tessa Thompson as Bianca. Johnson never knew his heavyweight champion father Apollo Creed due to an early death so the story depicts him searching for own boxing career through contact with Creed’s opponent in Philadelphia. The movie is about Rocky and Adonis learning about Adonis’ inherited talent while old memories of his father assist them in building their trainee-mentor relationship. As tough as Rocky is, he sees tenacity and physical power in his student that Creed had and is even more willing to guide the rookie in the ring against a pretty dangerous opponent.
