The Full Metal Alchemist 2003 series follows a different line down the manga series and differs only slightly to the 2009 version Brotherhood.Full Metal Alchemist is a series about Ed and Alphonse Elric two brothers who are in search of a philosophers stone to bring their bodies back. The story starts with Ed, Alphonse and their mother, Ed and Alphonse were quite skilled at alchemy which is Amestris’s leading science. Ed and Alphonse’s mother suddenly becomes very ill and does not survive which in turn makes Ed and Alphonse attempt to do human transmutation which unfortunately fails horribly and causes Alphonse to loose his body and Ed to loose his leg. In a ditch effort to keep his brother Ed sacrifices his arm to bin Alphonse’s soul to a suit of armor. Can the Elric brothers find a way to get their bodies back?
