Saoirse Ronan plays Eilis Lacey, a young immigrant from Ireland to the United States who must learn the new customs, habits, and basically the best practices of the Brooklyn community. On the search from the famous american dream, Eilis is a determined young girl who will remind the viewers again about how the tough journey to a new land is and will continue to be for a very long time until you learn to assimilate. A romantic interest is what fate has for Eilis, which helps her to forget the loneliness that she has long been going through since her immigration. The plot develops somewhere at this point, and the interactions between their cultures and her new boyfriend’s family will reveal the large differences that exist culture to culture, a fact that continues to follow her as she returns to Ireland for her sister’s burial. Based on a novel, the making of it into a movie will delight the already-fans of young Eilis Lacy’s big american dream.
